Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@surplusmarket.com to receive further instructions.

Return of Promotional Items

If you received a free or discounted item as part of a promotion, you must return the promotional item along with the item you are returning. Failure to return the promotional item may result in a reduction in your refund amount equivalent to the retail price of the promotional item.
